The Problem We're Tackling

Many people with caring responsibilities, health needs, or simply a desire for a better (work)life blend struggle to access quality jobs that offer true flexibility. The system wasn’t built with modern lives in mind—and it shows.

What We’ve Heard

From redundancy during maternity leave to being stuck in roles that accommodate caring but limit progression, we’ve listened to countless stories—particularly from women—of how inflexible work creates barriers for talented people. But it also limits growth for business.

How Flexible Working Became the Focus

Through lived experience and in-depth research, it became clear: flexible working is key to unlocking equality, access to talent, and better outcomes for individuals and employers alike.
